Computer repair service at the Notre Dame Bookstore Technology (Hammes) Hub will continue to be available to faculty, staff and students, but some service availability changes will begin prior to the management transition period (March 5 through March 13).
Normal service will continue to be available through Sunday, Feb. 27.
Computers can still be taken to the Technology Hub for service between Monday, Feb. 28 and Friday, March 4. Minor issues that can be repaired while the owner waits or overnight will be addressed during this time.
However, service for computers with complicated issues or those requiring warranty repairs may be delayed until the ND Bookstore reopens on Monday, March 14.
For those who must leave their computer at the Technology Hub for an extended time, contact your departmental IT support staff to discuss options to meet your needs while your computer is being repaired.
The Technology Hub will also be closed while the Bookstore is closed from Saturday, March 5 through Sunday, March 13. Normal computer repair service will resume on Monday, March 14.
